Alicia Richardson, City Secretary, North Richland Hills, Texas

Alicia is known to her colleagues as a "records geek." She has worked in local government – City Secretary’s Office – for almost 20 years. In her quest to tackle the phenomenon of being everywhere at one time to provide superior support to her City Council, City Manager’s Office and the public, she collaborates with Information Technology to automate processes that make her bosses and the city look good and run efficiently.

Amy Stephens, Network Administrator, North Richland Hills, Texas

Amy has been with North Richland Hills since 2011 where she manages the network and telecommunications teams for the City. Her background is in management information systems. She recently put those skills to the test with the construction of the City’s new municipal complex and specifically the Council Chambers.

Kyle Spooner, Director of IT, North Richland Hills, Texas

Kyle has been an IT professional for 30 years, joining the City of North Richland Hills as the IT Director in 2003. He works hard to forge alliances with user departments and key personnel in an effort to provide maximum support, great customer service, needs assessments, and procurement of technology for the city.

Lauren McCanse, Digital Director, Office of Governor Greg Abbott

Under Lauren's leadership, the Office of the Governor has been recognized for its remarkable engagement and innovation through social media, email marketing and website development. Lauren combines her marketing experience with a background in politics, grassroots organization, fundraising, and communications.

Andres Ramos, Director of Strategic Communications, Texas Education Agency

Andres currently serves as the Director of Strategic Communications at the Texas Education Agency. He previously worked with Dallas Mayor Rawlings on communications and outreach. In Dallas, he also led the communications team to help transform The Commit! Partnership into the largest educational collective impact organization in the United States.
